SoomSoom vegetarian bar is all about authentic Mediterranean cuisine, with a story starting in 1953 in the beautiful ancient city of Tiberias. With nothing but passion and an old family recipe passed down from generation to generation, we opened our first restaurant in 1953 by the blue waters of the Kineret also known as the Holy Sea of Galilee.
All our ingredients are 100% natural; all our recipes are made with the freshest food and high-end spices grown in their lands of origin.
At SoomSoom vegetarian bar we do not use: preservatives, chemicals, and artificial flavors. Our food is all natural and made daily to provide you with the maximum freshness.
We are very meticulous, staying true to the authentic flavor of the food, yet we continuously innovate, to bring genuine and authentic new items and new products.
Our Signature all natural Salad bar has more than 18 different salads and dressing, all made from their original source. Falafel, Hummus and Sabih: that is what we love to do. Good food – either you do it with love or you don’t do it at all.
